The Process

  1. You choose the language, location, and duration, and tell us a little bit about yourself through our curiosity forms.

  2. Using your answers, and our expansive network, we begin bringing your personalised Language Immersion Adventure to life. That means matching you with a welcoming host, a knowledgeable language tutor, and a friendly local with shared interests. All of these connections are carefully vetted, individually selected, and genuinely excited to introduce you to their country, culture and language.

  3. We’ll then reach back out to you with our findings and work with you to figure out which options suit you best. Once you’re happy with the plan, we’ll share the contract with you, and ask for a deposit to get things moving.

    It’s important to note that FlyingSponge take care of the pieces that shape your experience once you’ve arrived. Flights, visas, and insurance bits are yours to arrange, with our support available should you need it!

  4. Once full payment is confirmed and everything is finalised, you’ll receive your Adventure Pack - a guide full of key details, contact information, and everything else you’ll need to arrive feeling prepared.

  5. With everything now taken care of, the only job remaining is to arrive with your luggage and a curious mind!
