In other words…
Choose a language, destination, and duration, and tell us a little about yourself through our curiosity forms. Using your answers, and our expansive network, we’ll work with you to create a truly personal Language Immersion Adventure. That means matching you with a welcoming local host, a knowledgeable language tutor, and a friendly local guide, all of whom carefully vetted, individually selected, and genuinely excited to introduce you to their country, culture and language. FlyingSponge are there to support you before, during and after your adventure, so you can focus on enjoying the experience and soaking up as much as learning and enjoyment as possible.

Who are we?
FlyingSponge is a small, dynamic, UK-based organisation created by travel lovers who learned languages the fun way - by adventuring out, exploring the world, and interacting with strangers. During our adventures, we kept meeting students stuck in classrooms who all shared the same reality, they had learnt far more from experiences with other people, than from any textbook, classroom or device.
The world proved what we already felt: AI and technology can never replace the power of human connection. And so FlyingSponge was born to reconnect people across the world through authentic experiences, memorable conversations, and the kind of learning that only real life can teach.
